Louis-Antoine fb28ede660 Rename R_IsPointInSubsector to R_PointInSubsectorOrNull/Nil
The old name made it really easy to accidentally read
R_IsPointInSubsector as R_PointInSubsector, and anyway it
didn't even make sense...
