Ruud van Asseldonk 53663d3987 Add test for empty Vorbis comment ... This file was produced by modifying the double Vorbis comment test sample in a hex editor. The second comment (7 bytes) was just long enough to fit one length prefix (4 bytes) and one "X=Y" comment.
